Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support through Discord for refund requests within 24 hours of purchase.

Sharing access keys with non-subscribers
Attempting to bypass the key system
Reselling or redistributing scripts
Harassing or threatening other users
Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials
Using bots or automated systems to interact with our services

Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any remaining subscription time.
